Notes about sending courses:
• If uploading from AOL the file should be stuffed.
• If uploading from anywhere else the file should be stuffed and
then binhexed.
• Make sure the course is really a course and not a saved game.
The saved game files have an icon with a little sheet of paper in
the middle. The courses don't.
• Make a note as to which monitor size the course was created for.
• Give your course, or group of courses, a unique name so other
